Our website provides virtual interior design services to help clients transform and design their living or working spaces. Our Services include design consultations, mood boards, 3D renderings, and other design-related offerings. All services will be outlined and agreed upon before the start of any project.

2. Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or possess legal parental or guardian consent. You also agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Online Payments
All payments for our Services are processed securely online. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the appropriate amount for the Services requested. Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers, and any information collected by them will be governed by their respective privacy policies.
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple pay, Google pay.

4. Fees and Pricing
Our pricing for virtual interior design services is outlined on our website or as provided upon request. The final fee will depend on the specific services chosen. All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change.
Additional charges may apply for services outside the scope of the original design package or for expedited services.

5. Deliverables and Project Timeline
Upon completion of your payment, we will begin working on your project. You will be given an estimated timeline for project completion. While we strive to meet deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including delays in the provision of client information or external circumstances.
Deliverables may include but are not limited to: design plans, mood boards, product recommendations, 3D visualizations, and design documents. Final deliverables will be provided in digital format.

6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing any necessary information, measurements, photos, or other resources requested by us to complete the design. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and acknowledge that any delay or inaccuracy in this information may impact the timeline and quality of the services provided.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the project and the work already completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-refundable fees or charges. Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy, and we reserve the right to determine the eligibility of any refund requests.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by us as part of our Services (including but not limited to design concepts, mood boards, 3D renderings, and documents) are the intellectual property of Modern Kollection. Upon full payment for the services, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design materials for personal use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise exploit the design materials for commercial purposes without written permission from us.

9. Privacy and Data Collection
Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Kollection is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the design work provided.
We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from your use of the designs, including damages to your property or failure to achieve the intended design outcome. You assume full responsibility for the implementation and use of the designs provided.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will be effective immediately upon publication. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.
