Refund Policy

At Modern Kollection, we are dedicated to providing high-quality virtual interior design services and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with their experience. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and returns are processed for our services.

1. Virtual Interior Design Services

Our services include virtual consultations, design concepts, mood boards, 3D renderings, and other design-related deliverables. Due to the nature of these services being digital and tailored specifically to each client, we do not offer "returns" in the traditional sense.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your project at any time before the completion of the first major deliverable (e.g., mood board, design concept, etc.). The following cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work on your project has begun, you will receive a full refund, excluding any applicable non-refundable administrative fees (if applicable).

  • Cancellation After Work Has Started: If you cancel after work has begun, but before we provide the first major deliverable, you will receive a partial refund based on the work completed up to that point. The refund will be calculated by deducting the value of any work already performed from the total payment.

  • Cancellation After the First Major Deliverable: If you cancel after the first major deliverable has been provided (e.g., a mood board, initial design concept), no refund will be provided. Since significant design work has already been completed, the payment is non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Refunds are granted at our discretion based on the circumstances of the cancellation or dissatisfaction with our services. We offer the following guidelines:

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the initial designs or concepts provided, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the first deliverable. We will work with you to revise the design to better meet your needs. If after reasonable attempts to resolve the issue, you remain unsatisfied, you may request a partial refund, which will be assessed based on the work completed at that stage.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refund requests will not be considered after the final design deliverables (e.g., full design package, 3D rendering) have been provided. If any deliverables have been completed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Payment Disputes: If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed with your payment provider (e.g., credit card company, Google pay) after receiving our services, it may result in the suspension or termination of your account, and we may refuse to work with you in the future.

4. No Refunds for Completed Design Services

Because our services are delivered digitally and are custom designed for each client, all completed services are final and non-refundable after the design deliverables have been provided. You are entitled to the revisions outlined in your project agreement, but we do not provide refunds once the work has been completed.

5. Changes to Projects

If you wish to make changes to your design request after the project has been initiated, we will do our best to accommodate such requests. However, any major changes beyond the agreed-upon scope of work may result in additional charges, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide details of your order, including your name, order number, and reason for cancellation or refund request.

  3. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days to confirm the next steps.

7. Payment Processing Fees

Please note that any payment processing fees, such as credit card, Google pay, or Apple pay fees are non-refundable.
